What happens if I go over my monthly scan limit?
Every plan has a hard monthly cap and no automatic overage charges. When you reach your included scans or diagnoses, that operation pauses until your limit resets at the start of your next monthly period — you can upgrade any time to raise the cap. Projects are always unlimited and never count against usage.
Is the annual discount really ~20% off?
Yes. Paying annually locks in roughly 20% off the monthly rate, billed once a year. You can switch back to monthly at renewal from the billing page.
Is the Free plan a time-limited trial?
No. Free stays free: you get 1 visibility scan and 1 GA4 Traffic Diagnosis every month, and the counter resets at the start of each monthly period. That included scan is quick mode; a full-mode scan on Free needs prepaid credits, since Free has no full-scan allowance to draw from. Upgrade whenever you're ready for ongoing monitoring, not before.
What counts as a Category Explorer exploration?
Each new category you search counts as one exploration. A category someone explored in the last 30 days opens instantly and never counts. You can try it without an account, up to 5 searches an hour. With an account you get 3 new explorations a month on Free, 15 on Professional, or 40 on Enterprise.
How do scan credits work?
A credit pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: $29 for 5 credits or $69 for 15. One credit covers a full scan of up to 15 questions, so a 45-question scan uses 3.
